We will gladly exchange within 7 days; however we are not required to provide a refund or exchange if you change your mind.

 

In the event that we need to process a refund or exchange

 

  • You must present your tax invoice as proof of purchase
  • The item has not been worn or washed
  • The swing tag is still attached to the item
  • And all packaging is in original condition

 

Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange items that have been worn and/or without tags.

NO refund or exchange on Special Orders.

 

SALE ITEMS

Condition of all sale items are “as is” and will not be regarded as a fault. Please check and choose carefully before purchase.
